Sarah Fass is currently a Managing Director and the Chief People Officer at Two Sigma Investments. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy and oversight of its Human Resources department, which includes building and implementing firmwide programs and policies to elevate employees’ experience in the workplace and managing human capital across Two Sigma. Sarah was also named 2023 "CHRO of the Year" by HRO Today for her work creating sustainable and productive workplaces.

Sarah is licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut, where she lives with her husband, Michael, and their three sons, and together they enjoy traveling, skiing, and family time. She serves on the Truman Center for National Policy Board of Directors and is an Ambassador on behalf of Shatterproof, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the stigma of addiction and ensuring quality addiction treatment programs.
