Liz Arnold

For 20+ years, Liz Arnold has built impactful programs that guide emerging and established leaders to continue learning and growing in their careers.  She finds immense value in designing thoughtful experiential educational programs that help successfully up-skill and build community among various types of learners and stakeholders.

Most recently, she was the Chief Career Officer of Digital Orchards, a coaching firm that helps high-achieving professionals to successfully pivot their careers into top tech companies & startups. Prior to founding her company, Liz served as Associate Director, Tech, Startups & Venture Capital at Cornell Johnson, building co-curricular professional development programs with faculty & employer partners and coaching MBA students in career exploration and job search strategy. Before Cornell, Liz developed & led technical hiring & educational programs at Google, built a university recruiting program at Endeca (exit to Oracle), and led marketing & membership at an early social networking startup. Liz also managed 2 graduate leadership fellowship programs at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Center for Public Leadership and helped guide the growth phase of the MIT Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program (UPOP). Liz began her career with roles at Ogilvy & McKinsey.

Liz received her AB in Religion from Princeton University, her MA in Higher Education from the University of Arizona, and her MBA in International Organizations from the Université de Genève. She serves on multiple boards, including the State University of New York College at Cortland, the Homer Center for the Arts & the Zonta Club of Cortland. She has been a Political Partner with the Truman Project since 2012.
