At Bridgewater, Fass spearheads the strategy and operations of the Human Resources & Real Estate and Facilities Departments, alongside holding important positions as the co-chair of the firm’s Operating Committee and as a Partner within the firm. As the recipient of this year’s "CHRO of the Year" by HRO Today, her dedication to fostering sustainable and inclusive work environments is unparalleled.

Fass resides in Connecticut with her husband Michael and their three sons.
