In partnership with Vox, Truman Center for National Policy will host a panel on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine during #TruCon2022 - Local Action, Global Impact on May 20th at 9:45am EST. The panel discussion will explore how the invasion is reshaping world order, from democratic nations demonstrating an ability to mobilize rapidly in response to authoritarian aggression to the use of wide-ranging financial sanctions. 

The panel will feature expert speakers including: the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to the United States, Dame Karen Pierce DCMG; Ambassador of Poland to the United States, Marek Magierowski; Professor of International Politics at the Fletcher School, Tufts University, Dr. Daniel Drezner; Founding Partner and Washington Correspondent of Puck, Julia Ioffe; and moderated by Senior Foreign Policy Writer for Vox, Jonathan Guyer.
