Truman Project Fellow Gail Harris is announced as a guest for Lewis & Clark University's international affairs symposium lineup.
Lewis & Clark College's annual international affairs symposium this year focuses on some of the nation's most critical foreign policy issues, including the use of drones, the role of the military in humanitarian interventions, counterinsurgency strategy and cyberwarfare.
The symposium, which is free and open to the public, takes place over three days at the college's Southwest Portland campus, beginning Monday. All sessions are scheduled for the college's Templeton Campus Center, with one session starting daily in the afternoon and the second in the evening.
